Mission Statement:

The Greenwood Area Chamber of Commerce’s purpose is to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Greenwood area, so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper.

Calendar of Events

The Greenwood Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors and/ or organizes the following events throughout the year:

Business After Five - dates TBD throughout the year
Annual Meeting & Banquet - Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 5:00pm. Further details can be found on the event calendar.
City Wide Garage Sales - June 4-7, 2026 (email Chamber with info by May 22, 2026 to be included on list)
Dairy Breakfast - June 28, 2026 from 7am to 1pm at Clark Electric.
Easter Egg Hunt  - Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 10am, Greenwood Elementary School
Scholarships for Greenwood High School Seniors- Application deadline: April 7, 2026
Angel Tree - applications out in October to be returned by October 16, 2026
Small Business Saturday - Saturday, November 28, 2026
Santa Visit - a Saturday in early December every year (dependent on school availability)
Holiday Tour of Homes - December 2027 (every other year)
Christmas Lighting Contest - early December every year
