On behalf of the City of Greenwood, thank you to everyone who helped make our Independence Day celebration such an incredible success! A heartfelt thank you goes out to all of our fireworks sponsors and everyone who made a donation large or small. Your generosity made this celebration possible, and we truly appreciate your support. A special thank you to the Greenwood Softball Association for all of their hard work with concessions and activities. The Greenwood Fire Department for putting on TWO amazing fireworks shows and for the fun water war game that everyone enjoyed! The Greenwood Volleyball Team and Miss Greenwood Court for volunteering their time to help with activities. Carol McCormick for proudly reading the Declaration of Independence before our Daytime Fireworks Show. The Greenwood Legion Color Guard for helping us honor our nation.
